The trays will fit firmly over your teeth, protecting your gums from the bleaching solution. All you need to do is wear the trays overnight, and watch your teeth become whiter. You’ll begin to notice a difference in just a couple of days, but you’ll need to continue the process for two weeks to get the full effects.

A Word of Caution
Teeth whitening may not work well on all your teeth.
